Rev. Tina is the first lady of DICA and wife of Pastor Pre Ovia. She is the founder of Daughters of Destiny (DOD) - a mentoring network for virtuous Christian Women. Rev. Tina is a prayer warrior, visionary leader, dynamic speaker, TV host, healing minister and intercessor.

She has a deep desire to see the lives of women mightily transformed and equipping them to become vessels that will carry the love of Jesus into a hurting world. Her dynamic ministry has inspired many, empowering them to fulfill their God given destinies.
